"ALMOST CRAZY" WINS HONOURABLE MENTION IN THE ISC

"Almost Crazy", co-written by Virna and Lindsay Page, has won honourable mention in the jazz category of the International Songwriting Competition. INTERNATIONAL SONGWRITING COMPETITION FINALS!!

"Almost Crazy", co-written by Virna and Lindsay Page, which also features as the final track on Virna's self-titled, debut album, has been selected as one of the 15 finalists in the jazz category of the International Songwriting Competition. There were almost 15,000 entries from all around the world, which makes this a major feat. The judges include people such as Cassandra Wilson, Tom Waits and John Schofield and winners are decided in March. As part of the competition there is also a separate category called The People's Voice, which means that you can vote for the track between now and 28th February 2007.
